CREEK WATER 2 BY EMAAR

A personal investment was made in Apartment 1204 of the CREEK WATER 2 project located in Dubai Creek Harbour, purchased for AED 1,740,000. After 9 months, the apartment was sold for AED 2,450,000, yielding a profit of over AED 700,000(The profit made from the sale was approximately 40%). Both the purchase and sale occurred during the construction phase of the project.

330 RIVERSIDE CRESCENT BY SOBHA

Apartment 509 in the 330 Riverside Crescent project located in Sobha Hartland 2 was purchased for AED 1,100,000 and sold after 5 months for AED 1,450,000, resulting in a profit of over AED 350,000 (The profit percentage was approximately 32%). The purchase and sale took place during the construction phase of the project.

Samana Ivy Gardens

Two studio apartments, one numbered 206 and the other 711, were purchased in the Ivy Gardens project located in the Dubai Land Residence Complex, with each unit priced at AED 540,000. After 7 months, both units were sold for AED 750,000 each, resulting in a combined profit of over AED 420,000 (The profit percentage was approximately 38.9% for each unit). The purchase and sale occurred during the construction phase of the project.

Vincitore Volare

Apartment number 311 in the Vincitore Volare project located in Arjan was purchased for AED 590,000 and sold after 17 months for AED 800,000, generating a profit of over AED 210,000 (the profit percentage is approximately 35.6%). The purchase and sale occurred during the construction phase of the project.
